My Story.

I wasn't always this woman. At 46, burnt out from years as a nurse, teacher and mum, I walked back into the gym and changed my life.

My Forties

The Years I Lost Myself

The stress slowly built. Exercise disappeared. I was drinking too much, constantly exhausted, burnt out. I reached a point where I barely recognised the woman looking back at me: physically, mentally and emotionally.

A Turning Point

Enough Was Enough

One day I made a decision that changed everything. I walked back into the gym, not to lose weight, but to find myself. That single step became the beginning of an incredible journey.

Two Seasons On Stage

I Discovered How Strong I Could Be

Over two and a half years I rebuilt far more than my body. I found discipline, confidence and self-respect. I stopped drinking. I competed in four bodybuilding competitions across two seasons, earning podium finishes in every event, and the physique I'd dreamed of since the 90s. But what I gained was greater than trophies. I gained my life back.
